Terrapin’s Dining Room is our more formal dining space, open for dinner service seven nights a week. Our dinner menus feature larger entrée portions made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible, and all meat and dairy products are hormone and antibiotic free. Originally Rhinebeck’s First Baptist Church, built in 1825, the inviting space offers a unique Hudson Valley dining experience under cathedral ceilings with soaring windows offering views of the village of Rhinebeck. Dressy casual attire is suggested and reservations are recommended.
Red Bistro & Bar is Terrapin’s more casual and playful dining option. Red Bistro is a favorite among Rhinebeck’s locals and families. Our menu features something for everyone, including a build-your-own sandwich board, our award-winning Hudson Valley Cattle Company burger, nachos and quesadillas, seasonal salads and soups, a healthy menu and more substantial entrees. Our full bar offers a large selection of both New York State craft beer and imported beer, creative seasonal cocktails and virgin specialty drinks and an award-winning wine list. Attire is casual and reservations are not accepted – just stop by!
